Does the goverment ID address have to match the address being used on the amazon account?I have residence in 2 different states ,but my drivers license is from Mass.I want to use my business address located in another state.Would this effect my account verification ?

Are they asking for an ID specifically for an address? Is it for proof of your identity or your business address?

Yes, it's better if they both match. But I've had given them my ID which is from a different state and they accepted it fine.

To answer your question I received both the identity verification and the utility bill verification.

Yes the ID + Bank statement + Utility bill + Business license must all match with the information you registered on the Amazon store.

Even then they can still deny it, but at least you'll be going into it with the best chances of approval

Anything mismatching will give them a reason to deny, which you should try to avoid

Doesnt amazon take passports though ,which dont have a address?Amazon logic doesnt make sense.

Just make sure all the info matches and you should be good to go. :)

Yes your passport would work fine too as long as you have not used it before on Amazon

And the full name matches the name on Amazon etc
