Billion Dollar Company doing False Copyright Infringements
 

Billion dollar company hits me every month with copyright on many listings they manufacture. I appeal it and amazon ignores me for a week then reinstates the content.


During this time I lose a lot of sales & the rank plummets. I did a legal counter notice a few times then they come back and hit it next month.

Can anyone offer a solution to stop him? it is some dork with glasses. The merchandise is offcial and invoices are legit but amazon takes too long to reinstate each time causing lost sales.

No way to really stop it

Gotta play the same game everyone else is playing

You can do a good job reporting the issue, but it can easily occur again from another shop
