Is it 100% guaranteed Amazon will ask for id if I change my address on file?

Also, what will Amazon do if I change my Business number?

Business number is called a "Federal Registration Number" On Amazon.ca and is the number used to collect GST/HST in Canada.

Yes it will go under verification and they will request you proof of address

So address change will 100% incur verification requiring DL and bank statements etc.

What about my Business number? What will happen if I change that?

no one will know with 100% accuracy

assume they will re-verify you and have the information prepared in advance to submit in case they do
