At the moment I'm selling one product via FBM, but I want to expand my business and start using FBA (amazon UK)
Is it true that if I want to sell all over Europe, I have to have a registered company in every country where the Amazon has a warehouse, because amazon can move my inventory from warehouse to warehouse (depending from the customer location)?

The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
You can also sell to uk amazon if you inventory stored in other eu county amazon will ship to uk customers.
If you not register for VAT then get ready as soon you start selling in uk they will ask to provide vat no in 30 days
Ok, but since I'm from Bulgaria, should I have UK VAT number?
Amazon lock my account and request registration docs of my company few months ago. Than a few days later, after docs was sent, amazon unlock my account.
So If I want to start selling via amazon FBA in UK is it necessary to open/make UK VAT registration or I can use my bulgarian company ?

Re: Amazon FBA
I believe VAT is required if your physical products are located in EU/UK
Otherwise if you go with stealth accounts, they have a 70-80K GBP VAT threshold before its required
One more question: one of the items that I want to sell via FBA is pack of 4 items. There is ASIN for 1 pcs of this item and ASIN for x 4pcs which I use for selling now via FBM. Manufacturer do not selling this item in packs, so I suppose the used EAN for creating packs ASIN is not legit.
What we have to do in this case? Manually package 4pcs and print/add label? But how to find which EAN is used in creation proccess? It is not showing in the item description page.

Re: Amazon FBA
If the manufacturer does not sell the item in 4 packs, then you can probably assume they will report your listings for invoices / information.
