Wrong amount sent via Amazon Disbursement

Hi Guys,

I received £240 for a disbursement recently rather than £2000 - has this happened to anyone before?

Whats the best way to sort this out?

Should I wait a couple of more days to see if the difference will be sent?

It should say on your account how much they sent they normally hold funds for 14 days this could be the resson

Yep, check the statement on your Amazon account. I'm guessing only part of that was cleared for disbursement, the rest should come in the next disbursement date

Hey - it said that £2000 has been sent in the disbursement and no other funds are showing in the account

I never heard of a miss like that. Call them up and ask.

Or wait a day or 2 and see if the amount adjusts itself

received the amount now - was very odd - they sent me some random amounts and then the full amount

I advise people to check their disbursements - as we know they cant be trusted!

Less than 6 hours between the disbursements - sometimes patience is in order but glad you got it sorted OP
