Invoices/Receipts
 

I have tried to read within the forum about invoices and receipts and get that they are supposed to show name and address of account holder so I was just wandering if anybody has formed a legit company and then produced invoices showing details of stuff sold and bought or will Amazon just turn it down??

Amazon are pretty good at knowing which suppliers supply what

If you try to make a company and get invoices from that its likely Amazon will realise what your doing. They are very very sharp when it comes to things like that

Amazon most likely has a long growing list of current suppliers and distributors

If you are using a company that has a good reputation, the invoices/receipts are likely to be accepted

Smaller companies or companies unknown, will get you a lower chance of acceptance etc.

its all dependent on the rep you get at the time of submitting invoices as well

They have a database of well known distributors. Remember guys this is amazon we are talking about. The worlds biggest store on the internet. They have a clear picture of whats a real invoice from a ⊗⊗⊗⊗.

They also have Software Algorithm bots that can know when a image/invoice has been altered.

I wasn't talking about altering invoices or images. It was about forming a legit company with a UK Company House number and doing invoices from it.

Everything above still applies. Amazon know you cannot just form a company and suddenly start selling things from nowhere. It takes a lot more than that. Really they want to see invoices from some of the better know wholesalers.

Okay but if you have an warehouse full of inventory (about 20,000 units) there must and can be a way around their rules? I mean who goes into say like a vintage shop where I buy some of my stuff from and go "hey mister would you be able to put that on an invoice and whilst you are at it can you my name and address at the top" at the end of the day they maybe trying to convince the buying public that streaming is the way for media but they are just pushing those customers onto ebay and discogs. I should know I have traded successfully on both for over a decade.

The thing is your not going to sell things on Amazon typically that you buy from a little vintage shop, and if you did they are unlikely to need an invoice if its just something generic
