Does Amazon link by name?

For exampe, if my addresses in my home country was banned, if I move to other country, open a bank account and register with everything new but the same name, can they link and ban me?

Amazon don't ban accounts with the same details across countries

But what if I was banned with same name on USA, and I want to create a new account with all different details, but same name? Because the bank account name must be right. Also it's easier when I have to send documents.

Same name is not enough to link you

But if you are selling the same items, and have the same name, and same routing/sort of the bank you previously used, that may be enough to link you

Use common sense and avoid re-using any same information. Just name isn't going to do it as long as your profile picture in whole is different

So if my account got suspended on Amazon.ca, if I create an LLC in US and use my real name, I can use my passport for id verification and that would be ok?

or would they link that to my driver license that I have used in Canada?
