Suspended for KYC?
Hi all,
So I had my account suspended after I changed my phone number. I lost my old one and had to update it. After a few hours without receiving a notification in seller central or my email, I see that my account got suspended.
After a week of my constant messaging of Performance Team and even managingdirector, they send this notification:
"Seller ID: 1871312*** is suspended by KYC, please assist
Freundliche Grüße,
Verkäufer Bestätigung
Amazon Services"
That's it. They won't respond to my messages whatsoever.
has anyone been in a similar situation and give me some kind of an advice?
