Amazon tax interview mail delivery option

Ive been told during the tax interview for your account that their is an option to select to receive messages from Amazon electronically or by mail.

I've reusbmitted my tax interview to see if I could find this option but I could not. Does anyone else see this option during the tax interview? I did select "non-US citizen" for the interview if that matters.

Interesting. This is for a USA amazon but you told them you are canadian basically?

Its an Amazon.ca account, but the account also sells on the Amazon.com marketplace. The account was created using Canadian information.

The tax interview also asks if you have a mailing address seperate from the account address. Do you know if it would accept a PO BOX? Would this trigger an account review or ID request?

In Canada you can use Canada Post FlexDelivery and get a free PO box for sending mail to.

It seems Amazon Canada platform does not allow for electronic delivery

Of what exactly? What exactly would Amazon send out if anything?

I understand 1099k's are sent out but I cannot determine if this is only for Amazon.com accounts, US citizens or what.

Why don't you just contact amazon seller support and get to the bottom of it?
