Do you need to prove 365 days of sales? this is going to take me for ever, I have 3 suppliers and rountily order 5-10 weekly.... Its going to take me days to pdf all the invoices and send them over...Has anyone ever encountered this? Do they just want invoices or they want to see all sales counted for?


"within 7 days, please reply to this email with the following:

Copies of invoices or receipts from your supplier issued in the last 365 days. These should reflect your sales volume during that time.
Contact information for your supplier, including name, phone number, address, and website."

hell with it, took me almost 2 hours(not big deal), but I sent them 19 invoices to match my sales volume.

I hope this is ok, but the reader might get confused and just click deny instead of looking at the invoices :/

last 365 days??? damn!

Well they don't really have a set time frame.
The fastest I've gotten things resolved is 3 hours. The slowest..... 6 weeks and they didn't even tell me they fixed it,

Makesure the invoice you send them is proper invoice from company with their website phone etc or they will simply reject them

Dont know why they want this stuff.

Can see no reasons, no customer issues, etc. sales are even slowing down because its seasonal. Not even a bad review posted lately(months).

lets hope for the best.

Can you tell us how old your account is, the category you sell in and your yearly revenue? If we learn more info about your account we can give more advice.

Its very nerve wracking to get such an email and if the monkey reviewing it does not like it your whole business is gone.

its an aged account, should be ok.....time will tell if the reviewer will look through all my invoices, this im scared of. He will see too many files and just click reject.


I did get a message saying they received my info and are reviewing it. There are no bad reviews posted, no complaints, bad feedbacks, etc.

If the invoice requests are very early on a new account, its typically amazon system that flags the higher-risk items for invoice requests

If its an aged account, random invoice requests are usually the result of a competitor messaging amazon about your product pages

If the competitor continues to flag your items, amazon usually calls to verify the invoice details, which is where many people have issues

Does it sound like they even worked the first ticket? Does not say they need more info or provide invoices that match their policy......

Should I resend everything or wait a little longer?

How long has it been?

I think a letter of authenticity or proof that you are a reseller from the manufacturer would help more than just invoices

I dont want to keep wasting attempts.....I can get a letter from the dis.

Does it sound like Amazon worked the first request or that they never reviewed it in time and amazon auto removed it?

They say nothing about more info is needed but it sounds like they just auto removed it like in the orignal alert.
