Default Account suspension help

hi can you tell me the tips and help to getting my funds which amazon have so far holded for 110 days? my suspension was for manipulated/forged invoices. they said id get paid after 90 days but still waiting three weeks on. what successful steps did you take? this is my legit account too no stealth. with 100,000 pounds in.

they are sending me back all my fba stock so dont have a problem in thats respect just getting my money. which seller support said i should of recieved by now

any tips. as emails are being ignored. apart form once when i emailed jeff and he handed it to seller performance and a guy called Chad said he was reviewing account and be in touch and that was 7 days ago now.

If you are waiting on a response from Chad/jeff I would think they will take you as far as you can get through seller performance for recovery

Have you emailed the payments email too?

Have you called in seller performance and requested to escalate the issue?

There is an option to have them call you under "Contact us" and you just ask them why it is taking so long. They usually tell you something along the lines of "I have put your case into priority and you will have a response in 48 hours"

can someone help me with examples or tell me what they need or i need to say? i have genuine invoices and letter of brand authorization but they wont entertain them to reinstate account so i worried they wont for release of funds.
