Deposit changed to someone else's? +Suspension question
 
1) Curious, did anyone ever get suspension / review after changing their deposit method? IE: the bank they are depositing to?

2) Lastly, and most worrisome problem, I got a: "Your payment is on the way!" email for around (~$40) on a date I dont get disbursed from Amazon, and the email says "To the banking number ending in (try)" - It literally says "try" not the ending digits of a bank account, but the word "try". wtf?

The email is from Amazons email. This is not a disbursement from another marketplace. I did not change any banking information. Im thinking maybe this is an error where Amazon accidently sent me this and its for someone else?

Any thoughts?

1. You should be getting suspended when adding bank normally. When you add bank its an automated account review, if you made a mistake by using a previous IP or something, that will get flagged at this point

2. I would wait a day or so, I've seen glitches like that resolve it self after 24 hours

Ive never heard of being suspended before by changing deposit method. Ive changed it on this account previously without knowing this and didnt get suspended. This makes me worried about changing it again in the future to a better bank.

I can access my deposit methods now but i still cant find an answer to this mysterious email. Has Amazon ever accidently sent the email of someone elses account? And how can a bank account end with "try"? Im worried to ask for Amazon help because I dont like when they "review" me. See below:

They have always been like that

Any account update such as changing CC or adding bank etc, will result in an automatic review to your Amazon store

If there are no problems before that time you update it, then nothing will happen

If there was a previous linking issue before that point, it will come up when you update the account

So if theres no preconditoning links between my account and another and I change my deposit method I should be fine. Are reviews manual or done by bots?

Can you give comment on the above issue where a depoting is going to a bank (ending in try)?

Correct

If you're running your store correctly without prior mistakes/links nothing will happen when you update deposit info, or card info or any other account info

I feel like I am talking in to the wind here.

I received an email from amazon stating a payment is being sent to your "checking account (ending in try)". Look at the picture I posted in this thread.

I dont have a bank ending in "try". That isnt even a number, its a word. A bank account number is made up of numbers, not letters. WTF is that? Why did I receive this email, it makes no sense. My deposit method is the same and has not changed. My payments does not reflect this email nor the deposit date.

Why did I receive this email? Has Amazon accidently sent emails from accounts before?

I don't think you're talking into the wind, but you're looking into things way too much

Sounds like an email typo and your disbursement should be on its way...

Still does not make sense. The disbursement is off by $7000, the bank is wrong, the disbursement date is wrong, the email date is wrong.

Makes no sense. It being a typo does not seem logical.
