Amazon Brand Registry Tricks To Get Gated Without Waiting for Live Trademark
 

Hey guys,

I was wondering if it was possible to buy a live trademark and then simply submit the application for your private label with that. Have your supplier print a label with that trademark (you just bought) and get it ungated? Would that work? Has anyone tried to get brand registry on a private label product without waiting for a trademark. Or how to get gated sooner? Sounding a little hopeful here I know...

No not in uk this has to be registered by your company as they send code to verify

Not really. They check in the database if the trademark is legit or not.

They provided my lawyer a code. I had to get the code from my lawyer to do brand registry.

You may be able to find your solution if you get very creative
