Just got this from AMZ.


we need some more information to proceed with your account review. Please reply to this message and provide the information below.

- A list of all people who have access to your account

- The locations from which they access

- your position in or relationship with your company.

Please also confirm if these individuals need permission to confirm orders, initiate withdrawals, or create refunds through the account.

Anyone got this before? U think I should make someone up or just deny there are other persons having access to the account... Any help would be much appreciated.

Yes its normal seems you logging in your account from multiple countries

Provide them what they asking

I had this issue once, and also gave advise here in the forum to another member lol

Almost forgot about it.

Was just uncertain about what to do. I just found the old Email I wrote to them.

Happens when they login from the main account. Get a VA account, an make them super user, and never login to the main email address ever, unless it's an emergency.

I've always logged in from the same computer, same VPN IP, same browser etc.

So I have never seen this one personally before.

But now that I know for sure, I'm definitely not going to change the way I work lol

Vpn often cause this issue when they leak your ip i always avoide vpn dongle is best option so far cheap and reliable

Have you got other people running the account for you or is it just you? If its just you then you may want to look at the IP service your using and look at maybe moving to a dedicated VPN

Happens when you use an IP address from a different country that you normally access the store from

Be careful with that
