how to list a custom T shirt without providing a letter?

I want to list custom made products. I put generic as the brand but it still requires me to enter a product ID. I do not have a product ID and I can’t show a letter of GTIN exemption. Is there any way of bypassing this?

Can I do a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ letter?
