Amazon Account validation failed
 

Hi, I made 2 Amazon account UK and they both Validation failed.

Amazon requested me the documents and after providing documents, validation failed.

Pakistani Passport and Barclays bank statement. Account validation failed, no appeal nothing.

Why this is happening these days? What is an issue?

Advise any one who know the problem?

Its a pretty common thing for them to fail now

Just have to start again and tweak a few things

It's a known issue with them. Sometimes even the credit card / VCC failed the first time then it works the 2nd time.

I am agree with Saijin, They failed first time and work 2nd time.


Jamenorth: Any idea why they are validation fail these days? What is the main reason? or they just do it randomly?

due to "stupid" reps who reviewed the docs.

Failed verification is part of the game

And it seems increasingly difficult to pass most likely due to holiday season coming.

I made second account with different ID, different Server, different card, still failed verification. I am not sure what they are looking for?

So you are saying that they didn't accept your genuine docs?

Yes, failed verification is going to become more common coming into the busy period. They just tighten things up around now.

I found the issue.
I made the account , verified and document accepted.

Their system can be very buggy believe it or not. ANd the CS has these guidelines that pertains to a robot.

It's like they have a check box of questions to ask themselves if that makes sense.

It's impossible for them to be human and consider the overwhelming amount of info coming in.

No it's not an intentional thing. It's mainly a bug in their system.

Working with them, I know how buggy they are it's almost unbelievable.

I just got a real ID verification fail in a .com account creation. Same happened with the Bank Statement I sent, but at least with that one I understand that there is a possibility since I had to change the company and name/address on the bank statement so maybe somehow it didn't pass, however, the ID is a real ID. So strange. Tried uploading it again and again, still the same message, we will review and get back to you within 48 hours, and then the next day a message shows that they weren't accepted. Would love to hear what the OP did to fix the issue...

If your information is real then it could be the creation process

If you're using proxies/vps that will put a store at higher risk

Cant corroborate this, but the person who told me this I trust, and it makes sense, but what they said is, ungatting, account verification, etc have a quota, once it hits max for the day, its auto denial for everyone else. According to him, an amazon rep from an American call center told him. Which when I think about it, it makes sense, many times I hear people send in legit ID, and docs, and get denied. Go on AZ sellers forum or reddit. People with 100% legit, non stealth get denied.
