Amazon Feedback option not showing
For the last month or 2 ive been noticing a major decline in the amount of feedback my seller account is used to receiving.Ive reached out to 20 recent customers in attempt to get information.15 who responded were 2-3 weeks after successful delivers stated the option for leaving feedback did not show for the order.I googled this issue and other sellers have stated the same ,that the feedback option for buyers is either showing up weeks late or never at all.And when they go to their feedback history sections its states they are not eligable to leave any at the moment.
I tried to talk to customer service on behalf one of my customers ,them idiots didnt even know what feedback was until I sent them a link ,they kept giving information about product reviews.I had to explain 5 times thats not what I was referring too.
This maybe a issue that may be the reason some sellers cant get feedback within the required time frame for your metrics.The feedback option is suppose to show up 1-3 days after a sucessful delivery ,not 3 weeks or over a month later.We need to demand amazon looks into this issue.
