New Amazon created with no verification needed
 

Created an Amazon account last month. Waited and the usual verification suspension did not occur. I have been selling on the account for over a month with disbursements. The account is strong, maybe this was a system glitch.

they will ask for docs later, I got some accounts like that too.

Happens sometimes ,dont draw too much attention to that account is what they are saying.The right person to review it they can trigger the doc request with the press of a button.

Oh trust me, you'll get it soon or later. Just enjoy the ride for now and be prepared when they do ask for verification

I created 5 accounts over a year ago. One requested docs, which failed and I scrapped the account. None of the other accounts ever asked for docs. Still going strong

Has anyone experienced an account being verified "twice" asking for ID even if you did not change anything on the account?

So you create account, get suspended an asked for ID. Provide and are allowed to sell. Then, at a random point in the future they suspend you again and ask for ID (even though you didn't change any settings / account details.

Usually when that happens it's because something in the account changed or their policy changed again.

Regardless, we can always try to do our best to prepare for all the what if scenarios.

Amazon asks a second time for Government ID / Bank statements during policy changes? When has this happend? I've never experienced this before.

And yes, its understood that when someone changes the account details such as the name or address they will request Government ID / Bank statements again.

I want to know if someones account who passed Government ID / Bank statements verification in the past and without changing their account details during this time have been asked for Government ID / Bank statements a second time. Has this ever happened to anyone?

If the verification fails, do they suspend the account and keep the money in your account?

Verification occurs at the start of the account

If you pass it, you shouldn't run into another verification unless you put the store in vacation mode, or you downgrade to individual

They can ask ID or any other document any time, maybe they manually reviewed your account
