creative invoices....
 

I have to get creative for an invoice...The only thing I have is an email invoice without the suppliers info.

Will amazon know if I hit "reply" to this email, add the info I need and then hit select print and save as a pdf? It looks to me just as if I opened the email and printed it as a pdf. But im not sure? I have read also that Amazon looks at the byte data? Amazon rejected it the first time because it did not have suppliers info.

You should have the supplier's info for sure.

About the PDF, I suggest printing it out from a different computer if you want to be extra careful then take a screen shot with your phone or scan it then send it to them.

I dont think they accept screenshots from phones?? That would be super easy to ⊗⊗⊗⊗

What ive tried is replying to the original email and adding in the info(which they can verify)that is needed, then sending it to myself. I then just save it as a pdf.
I can not tell the difference but who knows.
