Anyway to get Amazon to trigger an ID document request for free?

I actually want to test some of my creative skills. Thing is, I don't want to pay 39.99 up front for the professional account first before I get creative with what they're asking for. What have you guys done that made them ask for docs? And I mean specifically the ID and invoice requests, not just outright suspension.

you can call your bank and ask for a charge back of 39.99$ incase the docs failed.

Or create an individual store, and then upgrade to pro. That will trigger ID verification and the card won't be charged normally right away.

@Beautiful, when do they actually charge? is under the payments scheduled date where you find out when they deposit money in your bank account page, that page? Also, you've submitted creative docs yea? and it passed? thanks.

Yep the payment scheduled tab you can see when they will charge the card on file

If you register a pro store straight up its usually same day you register

But with individual stores that upgrade to pro usually there is a 1-14 day delay in that charge

Where's the option to get the personal account when you sign up now?
I haven't made any new amazon accounts since all of mine are still up and running for a long time.

I remember when I first did mine it didn't even give the option for that and it auto sign me up into the pro account without my knowledge

Amazon makes the individual account option very small, while the buttons for the pro accounts are very big. You just need to look very carefully, it's somewhere near the bottom of the page for individual accounts. The professional accounts is way up on top. I got tricked once into making a pro account from this tactic. They tried to charge me 39.99 for to my VCC right away, then suspended me, because they supposedly linked me, although I think it was an error on their part. The VCC was like 10 buck limit tho.

I have created individual account and they asked for docs ID and utility bill during registration. Invoices they usually ask in the 1st couple of months when you list something...
