I have a question. Two customers tried to post a review on the item they purchased from me.

On customer posted it this morning but it doesn’t show up. Is that normal?

Do you know that they review the feedbacks when a customer adds an image?

Or do you know that amazon blocks listings for review?

One customer ask amazon why his review disappeared. He paid in full no discount etc.

“We are unable to post your customer review for XXXX to the amazon website because our data shows elements of your amazon account match elements of other amazon account reviewing the same product”
