All the requirements are over on Amazon. I’m pretty sure it’s not open to all sellers so you have to meet the criteria before being able to apply to become a seller and even then it’s hard

You need category approval for DVDs. It's hard, but not impossible. Depends how persistent you are.

Extremely hard to get DVD approval

The new base requirements, before you can even apply with invoices, is you need a shop with at least 10K revenue over a 12 month period.

Can't do approval on a new store anymore

Well 10k seems easily doable..
I would like to apply for it on my account which is not stealth.

What dollar amount or quantity do I need on an invoice for this approval to go through?

I believe even for used DVDs yes. You may find some pages that don't have the approval required, but you will get issues with listing-policy-violation

If you have a 1 year old + store with 10K revenue, then you can apply for DVD, but the application process is still very difficult.
