How to get passed Amazon Id Verficiation?
 

Hi Guys

My amazon account got suspended and i tried to create a 2nd account. Initially i was gonna form an LLC in US and get an EIN, created a US Seller Account and then apply for Canadian Seller Account via my US account. But being interested in Canadian account, and being Canadian, I created a corporation with new address, bank, credit card and etc. But when creating the professional account im asked to provide a National Id. I have a few questions

1. For sigining the W9 form am i supposed to use my real name? If so wouldnt that flag my account being associated with my old Amazon Account?

2. When they ask for Valid National Id do i send my actual driver license? If i do wouldnt they know im the same guy they suspended before?

3. If i use LLC and EIN and register via Amazon US Seller Central would they still need my personal National Id?

4. I have Filippino staff, can i use their id for verification? And if so, should i be worried that they can take advantage of me in any way? Also should i then sign the W9 form with their name i assume?

If you're creating a store with your real info then your real ID can be used to verify

If you're working with someone, then that someones info would need to be verified

If you're going fictional information, then you'll have to be creative

Thanks Beautiful, so if I try to create multiple accounts with the same id, my real id, this will get flagged?

I mean I can make sure to use virtual machine and different everything so Amazon bots can't link the two accounts but what about my personal name? My guts tell me if I create an account with my own real id that I have another account under, or a previously suspended account under, then this account would get suspended immediately as well. Is that a correct assumption?

Correct, you can't reuse any of the same information otherwise you will get linked.

I also see a lot of people suggesting to use passport if you have used driver's license before. If I do that the First and Last name of the new account and the suspended account on both Ids are still the same. Wouldn't that flag the account? Cause some argue that there are many identical names and the fact that Passport does not have any address on it is a good thing to use for the 2nd time creating an account

So can I register an LLC and get EIN in US and use my Filipino staff's drivers license who is in Philippines? If so would they still ask for the Utility bill? and if they do, I would have to generate Utility bill of the Staff or a utility bill for the mailing address of LLC?

yes, worldwide IDs are usually accepted i had to provide a bank statement that fits the name and address on file, didnt need to be the bank account on file, just ANY
