Risk of using staff id for Amazon id verification
 

Hello

I am trying to see what is a way to get passed the Amazon id verification. I know Amazon allows Filipinos to open amazon account. So that means they probably accept their ids. The only concern is can I protect the account form my staff? So I would form an LLC and Bank Account and Credit card and would use Legal Zoom to be the registered agent on the account. This way Amazon will not be able to see that I am the owner of the company (as my previous company got suspended) then for id verification I am gonna use my staff id such as passport and etc and carry on with the rest of the process. I will be the only person with full access to the Amazon account as I am the main admin, however, I wonder if there is any loopholes where my staff can call up amazon and say they have lost control of the account and here is their id and basically get access to admin log in, change the bank account and deposit the money into their own bank. I do trust my staff but I still want to cover my based.

Anyone can share their opinion?

I wouldnt know for certain but I would say yes they could probably go through a proceess by providing the ID to amazon and maybe get a password reset.

Are you even able to change the bank account without knowing the old account? It wouldnt let me change my bank account unless I confirmed my old info.

Huh! you are absolutely right! You can't change the bank account without being able to provide the bank information! Thank you so much! That makes it impossible to change the bank account.
