Creating a 2nd Account
 

Hi guys,

I am in need of a few stealth accounts and one REAL account. My first real account got suspended and I am in the middle of fighting it with Amazon.

For stealth Accounts I am gonna buy them so I am not gonna talk about it in this thread.

I was thinking of creating an account under my mother's id, but I wonder if I can still be the owner of the company. So if I create an LLC with LegalZoom and put Legal Zoom as the local representative agent, then in public records there is no name of me and LegalZoom would pop up. So Amazon cannot verify who is the owner of this company unless they use a lawyer which they wont.

Then I would tell Amazon that the legal owner is my Mother, and then would use her id to create the account. The bank account and Credit card is also under the LLC. So next step is the Utility bill. The utility bill does it have to match my Mother's address or its ok if it only matches the business's address? Cause she lives in Canada (me 2) and the LLC is in US and therefore the legal address of the LLC is also in US.

So I am a bit confused how that all works.

Bank Statement, LLC documents, EIN and Credit Card info will match each other. My Mother's id and utility bill will also match each other. But I assume while the Id address and Utility address needs to match, they do NOT need to match with the Business, Bank, Credit Card and Business license Address. Correct?
