My account is working normally, and today I received an email from amazon. Who has experience with this case? Thank you.

Your Amazon.com Seller account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed. Funds will not be transferred to you may be held for 90 days or longer. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.

Why is this happening?
We were unable to verify information related to your seller account, or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history.

We may not respond to further emails about this issue.

You can view your account performance at (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/performance/dashboard…) or select Account Health on the home screen of the Amazon Seller app on your iOS or Android device. The Account Health dashboard shows how well your account is performing against the performance metrics and policies required to sell on Amazon.

Were going to need more info.

How olds the account?
What if any recent changes did you make?
Were you messing around with giftcards?
Did you recently submit some sort of invoice or doc?

Tell us more details or the best we have are guesses

The account 1 month old.
Only 3 item to sold.
I have discounted some products and sales spike. they suspend my account .

What genre were you selling in and how much money / units were you selling? Any negative feedback? Any customer complaints?

Im GUESSING that you sold way too much way too quickly on a brand new 1 month old account which got Amazon antsy. Maybe they made extra scrutiny review with this salse spike when they looked over your account and found an "error" in your info. Maybe customers made an inauthentic complaint and Amazon decided to remove you, esp since we are coming up on the holidays

It looks like a listing violation suspension, check the header of the suspension in the notification

if the email came from listing-policy-violation, then it was related to the items you were selling

The deactivated template is just their new style suspension template, you can ignore that part.

depends on reason for deactivation, listing violations you should be able to get your funds back

Usually always get your money unless items were counterfeit and even then it's not a definate
