First suspended then deactivated - new account
 
Hi, everyone. I had 2 accounts on Amazon - 1 account was not used at all - didnt buy or sell anything with it. I had registered Individual selling account with other account. I had the panel in front of me but i was asked to send my id card and i was charged $0.01. At that time my id card was not in English so i did not send any documents - this was 4 months ago

Last week i requested those accounts to be closed and i created a new account. I registered Pro Seller account, but as soon as registered i was asked for Utility Bill which i sent. Later on they deactivated my account, saying;

Why is this happening?
We found that your account is related to another account that may not be used to sell on the site. Due to the nature of our business, we do not provide details on our investigation methods.

Then the same day they sent;

Your Amazon Seller account has been deactivated. ...

Why is this happening?
This decision was made after reviewing both your account and the information provided.

Has your account been deactivated in error?
If you believe there has been an error, please submit an explanation. Your explanation should include the following information:
-- Evidence or examples that demonstrate that your account complies with our ${Seller specific violation – e.g. “Restricted Products Policy”}.

For documents; i had to edit the addresses bc they were containing non-english letters.

I do not know what to do now. I sent my passport - Utility Bill - Bank and Credit Card Statements + Credit Card's pic. Any advice?

Maybe they linked the accounts due to the method you are using to manage multiple accounts

Or maybe they linked the documents by meta data if you did not remove exif information

Hard to know exactly. Just start again and make sure you have the proper stealth principles down

Same thing happened to me. I had an old seller account from like 5 years ago and that I forgot I had. I did get suspended on that account cause I did not respond to a customer complain. I opened a professional seller account 2 months ago and was selling fine then last week got an email that my account was suspedned due to being related to another account that was suspedned.

I did appeal and then got this message

Your Amazon Seller account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed. Funds will not be transferred to you and may be held for 90 days or longer. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.

Why is this happening?

Sounds like they linked you to another account... just gotta move on and take what you learn to avoid getting linked again
