I wonder if someone outside US and Canada wants to open a bank account REMOTELY to receive Amazon payments and a prepaid card, which service would they use that is accepted by Amazon?
I know many recommend Payoneer, but I just talked to them and they said they would open the Bank Account but the Prepaid card would be issued only after $30 has been deposited to their bank account from a US business. In order to get any deposit from Amazon you need to create the account first obviously and if you don't have prepaid card you can't create any Amazon account.
I wonder what are the prepaid cards for Non-US residents with proper id and etc that can be obtained remotely?
Thanks |

| Beautiful | 11-09-2018 03:30 PM | Re: US Bank Account & Prepaid Card for Non-US residents You can do payoneer online, they will give you bank info online
The debit card you don't really need as you aren't adding the debit card to amazon
You're adding the bank details to withdraw/disburse
Once you have disbursements from amazon, you'll meet the requirements to get the card mailed |

Once you have disbursements from amazon, you'll meet the requirements to get the card mailed | The issue is you need a paying method. Either a Visa Debit Card or Credit Card. I read a few threads on Seller Central that are answered by Amazon and they say that they do require either Visa Debit or Credit Card and they would place a test $1 on the card. https://sellercentral-europe.amazon....mazon/131000/9
Also some suggested that they used Payoneer and Amazon did not accept it. Also when i was created a Pro account before, I was asked to provide a Credit Card.
But I assume that they still need credit card or visa debit for the individual account as well?
If yes, any prepaid cards non US & Canada citizens can purchase? |

| Ryanmir | 11-14-2018 06:34 PM | Re: US Bank Account & Prepaid Card for Non-US residents Also Amazon Help says you need Credit Card and they do not accept prepaid cards https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/...06520_cont_861
So I wonder how do you guys create stealth accounts cause I am sure most people do not register a company to get a credit card to create stealth accounts. From my understanding people create stealth accounts and if it got verified, only THEN they create a business account with credit card and then upgrade to Pro account. |

| Thetrustedpanda | 11-16-2018 01:37 PM | Re: US Bank Account & Prepaid Card for Non-US residents If you used any of the same information on the old account then yes they would link the 2. We have seen in a couple cases that you can use the same address as long as you use a different name. But the same card number being used is a dead give away to amazon.
Can you just get a virtual address and change your cardholder address to that? |
| Beautiful | 11-16-2018 04:03 PM | Re: US Bank Account & Prepaid Card for Non-US residents you must use a new checking/saving that you have not used before

Can you just get a virtual address and change your cardholder address to that? | I do have cards with other addresses and even names on them. But they have been used on my buying accounts to buy stuff off of Amazon. Although those buying accounts were not associated with the suspended account, but I am sure Amazon has already linked those buying accounts to the suspended selling accounts. So I feel like Amazon does know that those cards have been used by someone associated with the suspended selling account. I mean there is a very small chance that they do, but I am not sure whether I want to take that chance only to get the account linked. As I am still fighting for the 1st account although the hopes are very low |

You cannot use ⊗⊗⊗⊗ information for Credit Card, Amazon DOES require credit card and they do NOT accept Prepaid cards. So the only options to get a credit card without your name on it (so they can't link the credit card to a suspended account) is to form a company and the name on the card woudl be the name of the company. but this would cost a lot. I wonder if everyone are doing that?
How are people getting pass the Credit Card requirement? Everyone are forming a company? |
| Beautiful | 11-20-2018 03:57 PM | Re: US Bank Account & Prepaid Card for Non-US residents I already answered your questions, several times
You add a card the same way you add a bank, the billing does not matter the majority of the time
You can add your own real credit or debit card, not prepaid as long as its never been used before | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 12:41 AM. | |
