There is a individual account and pro ,pro is monthly payment if im not wrong

Depends on the account you use.

Pro accounts have monthly limits

Individual accounts have no monthly fees

i want to list dvds but it tells me to put a isbn number in and these are custom dvds to teach people how to dance that i filmed

Isbn number in - need to research that - custom DVDs might still need to be registered somehow...or creativity to kick in

Before jumping into DVDs you should experiment with amazon

DVDs is one of the highest risk categories to get into selling
