Suspension or Normal?
 
I recently upgraded from individual to pro account.
I know when doing so your account usually get deactivated/suspend,
so my question is:

Is this a normal review response after upgrading to pro or a suspension regarding something different...
any insight is very much appreciated.

-- Utility bill with name and address visible
-- Business license, if applicable
-- If you have active listings, include copies of invoices, receipts, contracts or delivery orders from your supplier issued in the last 90 days.

How do I send the required information?

What happens if I do not send the requested information?
If we do not receive the requested information within 90 days, we will permanently withhold any payments to you.

I dealr with the same thing, I think its customary at this point for accounts that upgrade to pro to go through this

That's strange... They normally just ask for ID + Bank upon an upgrade, then later down the road request the business license and utility bill.

Wonder if they're changing things up yet again

This account was made in may this year, so is this down the road?

Yes its possible they can ask for those 4 docs at any point

Invoice requests are normal these days as well

Just be prepared for everything and you'll be fine

If we are dropshipping from Walmart, Wayfair, KMart etc to Amazon. What we can do once Amazon require invoices ? Do they accept retail receipts?

You can try sending retail receipts, its not guaranteed, but you will learn after trial and error what works and what doesn't

Iam not sure which is working and which dont at the moment, because they worked once for me and once didnt worked?

Worked before several months and didnt worked before a week with same walmart made up invoices.

Hmmm from the sound of it, something triggered a soft inauthentic flag.
Or a "new location" flag.

Because they usually just ask for an ID.

I think if you just provide them with the first 2 items they are asking for , you'll be ok.

You gotta try different company invoices until you find one that gives you the best rates of success.

Don't share that info with others as its likely to stop working as well if others catch wind of it
