my amazon account suspended
 

My account was under review because Amazon was asking for invoices of three ASINs. two days ago I submitted invoices and poa but today I received this email. anyone guide me. now what do I do?

You have not sent us an acceptable plan to address the problems with your account. This is against our policies. As a result, you may no longer sell on Amazon.com, and your listings have been removed from our site.

Please ship any open orders. If you have funds in your account, they will be available after any amounts paid for A-to-Z claims or chargebacks on your orders have been deducted. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer.

it sounds like you need to go back to the original cause of suspension, respond again to seller performance in much greater detail.

do bullet points and cover what the root cause was, and step by step detailed instructions on what you have done to make sure those issues do not happen again

there is still hope to recover the store
