Does Amazon approve paperless Utility Bill?

I don't have paper utility bill since all of the bills for my family is paperless. My question is can i just download the Utility Bill PDF and send it to amazon or do i need to print it, take picture and send it?

Yes many people submit paperless bills

Make sure it matches the account details and scan the JPEG with an exif or meta data remover just to be safe.

Oh no, my question is do i send the original pdf from the utility company or print it on a paper, take picture and submit the picture file?

We send the original pdf now. We sent a photo one time and they denied it because they thought it was ⊗⊗⊗⊗.
