Amazon asking for useless pages on utility bill?
 

Have any of you had amazon deny your new account review appeal because you didn't provide all pages for the utility bill? Here's what they said to me:

"We were unable to verify the document you provided because you did not provide all pages of the document, provided screenshots, or did not show all of the required information."

I don't currently have access to the additional pages...anybody run into this issue, and know how to resolve it? In my experience, the extra pages are usually company policies, extra jargon, etc.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Did you scan in the utility bill?
If you scanned it in, I would just rescan and resend it in again, sounds like a fussy rep who reviewed your docs.

Thanks for the advice, should I resend in a new email, or just reply to the same email?

I find best results from Help->Contact Us-> issue with suspended account

Sometimes it feels like the lazy reps click a button that send out the "unable to verify" emails claiming they cannot view/or all pages/corners not included.

Its BS half the time, but if you rescan or rephotograph (clear exif), and resubmit you should hopefully get a different outcome

nope, I even tried with the paperless bill but it did not pass. I sent out another picture of another bill and my account got verified. It's funny that even the seller support said they accept paperless bills and in the truth they don't. Seller Performance team is a joke.

They do accept paperless ,but its hit or miss depending on whatever rep is reviewing your docs.

It's..really up to the rep that is dealing with it. Most of the time they just deny the bill without even looking at it. It's a joke really.
