Velocity Review for FBA
 

I'm planning to launch a new product soon and I have a pretty big email list which will probably convert very well (hopefully).
I understand that new accounts trigger Amazon if they pass a certain threshold.
1. Does that apply to FBA sellers as well?
2. If so, how long can I expect the account to be reviewed?
3. What do they usually check in the review? any way they can figure it's a ghost account?

1. Yes it applies to all sellers.
2. After you pass the threshold, usally 7k or 8k they will ask fo rall of your docs. Sometimes it ca take a couple hours sometimes a week or so.
3.They will look at all the docs. Check through the acccount and and its information.

If you grow the account slowly and naturally with relatively low risk products you shouldn't be triggering amazon to send any requests

Sometimes invoices requests, but that depends on the velocity of the items sold and the items themselves if they're high risk or not

How slowly? For example 2000 month 1? 3000 month 2?

The Catagory matters too. And also the listing of the product matters. Not only about the amount.

New Account New listing, Risk product, even 2000 will be asked for docs.
