Opening a brand new company, link with shareholders ?

Hello,

Our German shop has been shutdown by Amazon for some A to Z claims, it's hard to have it restored as they simply ignore us, this was under a UK company selling with Amazon.fr / de / es etc..

So we plan to open a fresh new Germany company / Bank account only to sale on German market.

I guess they can link on shareholder ID, as they will do a KYC for the Beneficial owner and shareholder ?

Any advices?

You can use your passport if you have not used it before, or your ID if you already used passport
