Suspension

After 3 months on a new account amazon requested the regular invoices these days, I provided a legit one. They put my account under review for 2 weeks and just recently I received the following:
"You have not sent us sufficient information that we previously requested from you to address our concerns with your account"

I am not sure what to do next, I do not have an authorization letter as distributor does not want to issue one. Do they have a problem with the distributor or do not like the invoice? What I am missing?

Thanks

Re: Suspension

You have to provide them with what they are requesting

You can try sending other invoices but if they want an authorization letter, that is what you have to provide them

Could think creatively, or reach out to the supplier and see if they can accommodate.

Is the team pq-seller-assessment?

If so you’re dealing with the most retarded team on amazon.

They deny real docs depending on their mood

Agreed, pq is the worst to deal with

@OP: what triggered the invoices request from Amazon?

Re: Suspension

Yes, it is the pq team. I am not sure really what they convey behind their message, as on another account I have send them invoice only without an authorization letter and it was accepted.

I am not sure what triggered the invoice request but my observation is that bots mark down almost every new account and request for invoices as I created 3 accounts and all were hit by this. On 2 of them almost in the beginning the last one 3 month later. I can assume on one of them I was listing high risk items but on the other 2 I can say no. So I believe that amazon is trying to crack down and allow only legit sellers with proper documents to sell. Even though it seems that they sometimes refuse to accept legit documents so go figure?!

Good question - probably OP is selling risky stuff or...?

with that team even with legit invoices your chances are 50/50. Let us know the outcome

What I found works best in addition to the invoices is providing a website that shows the items being sold on amazon.

Would not take long to set something up like that

Well I can provide them with a website but the thing is that distributor's website is not really functional as they have only a front page and nothing else. They do have a separate fully functional website for the brand I am selling but I am not sure amazon can connect it?! What do you think

What I mean was a website selling your own products that has a contact us page that matches the information on the amazon account :spy:

Yes this is a very good idea, I have heard of many people doing this.

It works well! With pretty good success.

But if you're dealing with the pq department, sometimes even a site won't get you through them. They're a nightmare to deal with, but invoices + a website with matching information will probably get you the best success rate.

I see, I didn't get it right the 1st time. I do not have a website, so this option is not working for me.

Make sure the website has a contact us page with the details matching your amazon shop

All Amazon team are retarded. In this case, seems like just sent them another email, give the best guess of what they need. Give it a shot. It can't be worth.
