Default have 2 "suspended" amazon

Hello,
i have 2 amazon accounts and i can not get the money and want to ask for advise.

one account has ~11.000 EUR on it and the other one ~6.500 EUR.

i did not get any notification why the accs are closed and how to get the money back. also they didnt inform me about any suspension

on one account i can log in but when i try to withdraw the money it says not availabe and on the other account i cant even log in anymore. it is possible to reset the password but the new password does not work aswell.

Amazon ignores all mails. I also tryed the jeff mail and they ignore it aswell.

is there any chance to get the money back?

Are you sure you are suspended and it's not some other glitch? They usually email you a suspension notice.

Yes it's strange, Amazon always email you when such decisions are taken.
Did you try to call them ?

If you can reset password, but still not able to login - perm suspend. Forget about this money.

the account where i can reset the pw and cant log in had 11000 EUR on it. i checked and i didnt get any email or anything (it happened like 1 year ago).

on the other account with 6500 EUR they have sent a mail where it says i am suspended from selling but it shows me the money (and still can log in) wheni try to withdraw it it says not available (not sure what the exact text is since i have it in german).


So you are saying amazon scamed me by 18500 EUR and there is nothing i can do about that?

I got a private message from someone who asked about details so here is what i got in the original mails:

You currently may not sell on Amazon.co.uk because we received complaints about your items. Examples of these items are at the end of this email. Here are the types of complaints we received:


Counterfeit complaints

To sell on Amazon.co.uk again, please send us a plan with actions you took to resolve the issue and prevent similar complaints. Do not limit your plan to issues with specific orders.


For "inauthentic" complaints, include the following information for each ASIN:
-- Copies of invoices or receipts from your supplier issued in the last 365 days. These should reflect your sales volume during that time.
-- Contact information for your supplier, including name, phone number, address, and website.


You can send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. We may call your supplier to verify the documents. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier contact information.

For help creating your plan, search for "Appeal the Removal of Selling Privileges" in Seller Central Help. To send us your plan, click the Appeal button next to this email on the Performance Notifications page in Seller Central.

We will review your plan and decide if you may sell on Amazon.co.uk again. If you do not send an acceptable plan within 17 days, we may not allow you to sell on Amazon.co.uk.

Your Selling on Amazon payment account Funds: Action Required
Payments have been made into your Selling on Amazon payment account; however, we are unable to transfer funds from your account because we do not have your banking information on file.

All funds in your account can only be transferred to your bank account. We cannot send cheques, credit your credit card, or credit your buyer account at this time.

To enter your bank account information and receive your funds, do the following:

1. Log in to your account and go to your account information page.
2. In the Deposit Method section, click Add.
3. Enter your bank account details and then click Submit.

Future payments will be transferred to this bank account. The transfer of funds should take 1 to 2 business days. Automatic fund transfers will occur as scheduled provided you update your information at least 3 days prior to the transfer.

no notification about suspension or anything else. the thing is like i mentioned before, it is not possible to log in. I can reset the password on this account but it still does not let me log in so i cant add a bankaccount

Mmm I'm 99% sure that:

Your Selling on Amazon payment account Funds: Action Required - is for your 1st account with 6500 EUR

and

Counterfeit complaints - is for the second one with 11000 EUR in it

So you are unable to withdraw 6500 because you do not have bank account added and you are unable to log in in the 2nd one, because you are perm banned.


P.S. What do you mean by "(it happened like 1 year ago)." ?

Yep, I agree with the comment above...

Which means you have been given the chance to fix that perm banned account a few times when it was an inauthentic complaint and you didn't do anything.

That account is deleted and they keep the money. =|

Sad but true if you didn't follow with plan, invoices and additional steps.

no i did not. i resold old games for gameboy so it could even be true that one or another of them wasnt original. i bought the games from costumers so i do not have any invoices.

what is with the 6000 EUR account which i can log in on but not withdraw the money

also wenn ich jetzt nicht irgendwie ne antwort überlesen hab steht doch 1:1 in der mail, HAARGENAU was du machen musst um dein geld zu bekommen!

if i did not skip reading one of the few answers here, amazon did tell you EXACTLY what to do to get your money!

Hinterleg einfach ein Konto! :D
Just add a Bank! :D

Ich kann mich auf das konto nicht einloggen. Das passwort lässt sich zwar zurücksetzten aber das neue geht dann auch nicht. Mails werden ignoriert

Well, I'm pretty sure the seller support won't help. They will ask you to write email to the seller perfomance. I think you still have chance to fix it.

is amazon's stated reason for withholding your money the sale of inauthentic goods? are you based in u.s.?
