Default Amazon FBA shipments being rejected in UK

Hi,

I've recently had a number of FBA shipments "refused" by Amazon as stated by Royal Mail in their tracking information. Upon receipt of the packages I notice that they've not been opened.

The business address on the FBA shipment label and the return address on the Royal Mail postage label are different, and both have been circled. I do not know if this was done by Amazon or Royal Mail.

Has this happened to anyone before? I've sent dozens of FBA shipments in the same way before with no problems up until October this year.

Does anyone know if those addresses should match?

Was the same address information you used previously on all the packaging to FBA?

Yes, it was the same on dozens of previous shipments.

I hadd a shipment about 2 weeks ago which was delayed for over a week because apparently the warehouse could accept anymore packages.

They said they'd send the case to a specialist. It's been 5 days now, and the status is "Pending Amazon Action"

Battery? It happened with battery before. I remember they asked me to fill a PDF. And took like a month to figure that out. I just Kept contacting seller support and they transfered the case to FBA so many times. Until someone ask me to fill that stupid PDF. Then took another couple days to get my stuff avaliable.

My package stay 4 days in "Inbound" status. Any idea what could be the reason?

Amazon shipment ID (XXXXXXX) has been received at its final Amazon fulfilment centre destination and has been fully processed into inventory. Your units are now Prime fulfillable.

What does that mean? Are they received my items and now they will forward it to another warehouse or... ?
