USA Amazon Stealth Accounts Using International Tax Interview Addresses
 

I have a few stealth Amazon accounts - set up by someone else. They are 3 years old each.
Amazon is requesting to update tax interview by end of year and not exactly sure how these accounts were originally set up.


For the legal entity:

Legal business name = my stealth name

Place of establishment address = stealth Canada address



For Business Address:

Current business address = a stealth USA address


For Official Registered address:

Address = same stealth Canada address as above



Anyne know if this stil works - I did update the tax informtion and it seemed to work, then I got a limited amazon seller priviledges notice a few hours later.

I updated again, and so far it stuck - but if anyone can refer me to whats working now would be appreciated.

Have you considered just getting some LLCs for your accounts?

if they're operating smooth and they have been for a year +, an LLC investment is a solid investment to keep the accounts running smoothly

When adding an LLC to a stealth, do you keep the names similar like if the account is Victoria Rogers then you create an LLC called Victoria Rogers LLC, does the state your LLC is created in also have to match that of your stealth's identity? Like if my stealth is from Cali am I still good with making a New Mexico LLC? also when adding an LLC will this trip up the verification process if you don't do it a certain way?
