Proper way to add an LLC to a Stealth?
 

I understand that adding an LLC makes a stealth better in the long run, but I also don't want adding one to cause the stealth to have issues such as getting seller privileges limited... So what I'm asking from anyone who has experience with this what exactly did you do when adding the LLC?

For example When adding an LLC to a stealth, I know you keep the names similar like if the account is Victoria Rogers then you create an LLC called Victoria Rogers LLC, does the state your LLC is created in also have to match that of your stealth's identity? Like if my stealth is from Cali am I still good with making a New Mexico LLC? also when adding an LLC will this trip up the verification process if you don't do it a certain way?

Actually what you need to add is the EIN number and what you need to have similar is the business name youll be updating the paypal account to (which needs to be the same as the business name the EIN is associated with).

LLC and EIN can be in any state. I choose 'partnership' even it's a single member LLC, and it's fine. If you choose single member, it goes to sole prop. and asks for your name.
