Do I still get paid if I can not find a settlement with the right owner?

What's the question? It looks like you're in some deep doo-doo. Contacting the rights owner directly and trying to work this out is probably your only hope - though I'm sure they won't be willing to work with you if you've stolen their IP.

You can try contacting the rights owner, but they will either have more questions for you, ignore you, or help you, but it's a slim chance.

Temporary Restraining Order issued by a Federal Court or Restraining Order issued by a Federal Court won't go away even if the rights owner retracts his claim.

By Federal Court it means they have a case against you in the District where you live or in the District where you have your ghost account, and a good one for counterfeiting.

They may go after your bank account, your physical goods and address and finally you.

Seek legal help ASAP from a good criminal attorney ASAP and DO NOT say anything with the Feds.

Do not leave it like that.

You are in TH, nah!. You're safe there. Anyone from Asia is shielded from USA laws, you lost your money but you're safe. Get a new account and move on.
