Hi, It's been 11 days since I sent in my appeal to pq-sv-appeal and I still haven't heard back from anyone.

Would it be OK to send a follow up email, or should I just keep waiting? Any one had experience with this? Thanks

No. You dont have to wait for any longer than a week. 48hrs should work.

Wait for up to a maximum of 30days before chasing. Once you chase them you get put to the back of the queue and sometimes the last email you send them is what they review

I emailed them to follow up after 12 days, they replied the next day saying the POA was not complete, and needed more detailed info. So I waited 2-3 days, and submitted a more detailed POA, got re-instated the next day... just thought I'd let you guys know my experience with them.
