I'm non-US citizen. I read that Amazon does tax reviews after reaching a certain threshold. The stealth account is under the name of one of my family members. Do I have anything to worry about?
And a general question - hopefully the store will be generating nice turnovers since it's a new product we developed that has little competition. Anything I should be worried about as we scale?
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
Is your family member a US citizen? Amazon will do a tax review if the account holder is in the US and has filled out a w9 form. If the account holder is abroad and not subject to tax withholding, then there is nothing to worry about.
If you developed a new product, make sure you have a trademark for it or some sort of patent. Won't guarantee anything but it could make things easier.
