solefoodbk | 12-14-2018 12:08 AM | Amazon feedback vs eBay I'm new to selling on Amazon, and from past experience I've honestly bought from a lot people with pretty horrible feedback compared to eBay percentage wise. I mean, if I buy from someone on eBay with 97% that's like a D grade in my opinion but Amazon most of the time I don't think twice about buying if it's 97%. What is a good bench mark for ratings vs eBay percentage?
On eBay, I come from the perspective of live or die by my rating. I think it is extremely influential in weather I drive sales or not. Anything below 99.5% in my opinion, unless your 10,000+ it can start to negatively affect sales. Even when being 10,000+ it can affect them because it's so prominent in every listing. But on Amazon, it's different I feel. Any thoughts? |
