Summary for LLC's:


Single Member LLC's do not work for stealth. It will fail the tax interview.


You must use a S-Corp LLC, C-Corp LLC or Partnership LLC.

again...as i said i used llc multimember and couldnt use the biz name and had to use persons name...so spending money on a llc is pointless from what i see

Business.

An S-Corp is its own legal entity, same as an LLC or C-Corp.

I used a single member LLC and used my real name, however, my LLC is an actual LLC I had before selling on Amazon and had a different address than when I sold as an individual and I used my real name and have never had any issues. My understanding is that they don't cross-check names as another seller could easily have the same name as you. I would have to conclude the important part is everything else is different (address, phone #, email, etc)

What if you create a new LLC under an existing S Corp. Is there any way to make that work if you the S Corp's EIN already has an account?

this is the problem, they are going to ask for your personal docs even if you do provide a LLC in a 'trading as' (another name) this happened in the last 12 months.


im no pro, but i have been asking how long can you remain a sole trader for before you are forced to become a company.
does anyone know that?

Don't use it until you cross 200 units sold, or 20k in sales on amazon.com, otherwise you jeopardize burning the company you just made

im cant get passed the ID part im supposed to send in if my main amz seller account got suspended\
