Amazon LLC account suspension after subscription
 
Hi Everyone, i've incorporated an LLC and subscribed to Amazon seller USA.
After subscription i've been suspended and received the classic email (--utility bills, business license, active listing).
So i sent the following (all with visible correct registered address):
- Business License/ Certificate of incorporation
- Shares Certificate
- MOA
- Shares Registry
- Notarized Passport copy ultimate beneficial owner (me)
- Bank statement amazon partner Hyper-wallet
I received the following reply:

"We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time. To reactivate your account, please send the following:
-- Greater detail on evidence or examples that demonstrate that your account has complied with our policy."

What do they want extra, maybe they want a Utility bill from the LLC for additional proof of address? As i don't have a utility bill for the company.
Does anyone suggest anything?

If they could not be more cryptic. I've never seen a message like this before.

Explain in more detail what your seller account history is. You JUST made your seller account and immediately upgraded to professional seller? Or was the account already active and selling as an individual for some time?

If you are opening an account for the first time and they send this message it does not make sense.

where's your vpn located at? is it in the usa?

Hi the account is new, based in the UK, but on Amazon US!

First of all, did you read the amazon ghost before making this account?
If not, I highly suggest you do that now.

About the current situation, do you have a template on the docs that they are asking for?

Lastly, did you use a UK IP accessing your account or is it a regular Italian IP?

Try reaching our through the seller home page / settings / contact us and submitting the file that way.

Hi Everyone, thanks for the replies, yes, i've used a VPS with brand new email, brand new LLC , brand new mobile, brand new card, brand new personal documents. I sent all the documents requested as requested and today they deactivated my account :(
I sent:
- Business License
- Utility bill with visible address
- Credit Card statement with visible address
- Bank letter from Amazon partner Hyperwallet
- Passport copy ultimate beneficial owner (Me).
Not sure what to do anymore.
Any suggestions?

If they see your underlying IP is a high risk one such as a proxy/VPS, even if you provide all the information they can deny you on the high risk IP alone.

The biggest suggestion I have is to start over, take what you learned from your last store, and avoid any high risk activity, including using a VPS. Get a mobile hotspot that matches the country you're selling in, if you don't have one or operate a store from a different country, get a dedicated IP from a reliable VPN provider, like Ipburger or 24vc.
