Debit card AVS

Quick question:

1) Hows your experience with Bank of America debit mastercard for Amazon seller charge method? Does it accept name / address mismatch charges?

I wouldn't risk AVS mismatching happening. There are VCC's that can guarantee a match.

Why not? I already use debit cards I know work (capital one 360 debit) but I have not tried Bank of America's yet, wanted to see if others have before I proceed.

Amazon doesnt check the address or the name so its fine to use

The card as a charge method still may not work. On my previous seller accounts cards were declined for address mismatch / name mismatch.

This is why im asking if others have experience using BOA debit card for stealth seller accounts.

Interesting. Maybe in Canada its different then

In the UK we can just use any card for any address without issues.

Canada uses a way of matching up address number and postal code AVS-style

In which case any bank issues debit card wont work by the sounds of it

Credit cards maybe different.... only way to know is to experiment with that. Otherwise OP will have to use a VCC

Im using US debit cards, not Canadian. Im using the card for a Amazon.ca seller account.

Capital one 360 debit cards work for my Amazon.ca seller account already.

I dont see why BOA wouldn't work as well, just want to confirm.

Just as James said - give it a try and you'll find out.
Some VCCs do work with any country's Amazon account. So if you need one - let me know - i can get those for you. ;)

I haven't tried Bank of America debit card - I have only used the actual bank account and routing info etc - it accepts stealth deposits well.
