Amazon Launchpad

When trying to open an account I got suspended.
We're soon launching a Kickstarter campaign and would like to apply to Amazon Launchpad. Question is - will they unban me or I'm toast and the Launchpad account should be stealth (if that's even possible)?

Sending a few times the utility bill not in English is my best guess. They didn't really say

If you submitted it several times and they said they may not respond anymore, you can try sending an email to jeff@amazon or move onto another store
