Amazon Account Suspension/Forged Altered Docs
 

Hey guys I've been lurking around the past few days and it's been great reading all the helpful info on this forum

Recently got suspended on Amazon due to Forged/Manipulated invoices. I did have someone make a inauthentic invoice for me which worked with 2 brands but failed on the 3rd.

Because it's forged I'm unable to provide a legit invoice. I already sent an appeal and got denied for insufficient information and got the typical "we may not reply" to your messages

I went with the invoice was sent in error approach and now thinking of maybe providing retailer receipts to at least show amazon I'm selling authentic products

Any assistance on what I can say or do next? Any help would be appreciated!

You pretty much need legit invoices and then provide them to amazon to confirm your information

If you don't have legit invoices then its just a roll of the dice / accept the outcome of being creative etc.

If you get your hands on real ones that support your sales, phone in support and escalate your ticket -- you can also try jeff@amazon.com if seller performance is unresponsive

What company did you use when they denied?

Also which service made the third invoice?

It was for Nintendo

A friend who's made invoices for our other people and got them ungated on stuff.

This was all really a stupid decision by me. I didn't know what the consequences were. I've been stalling my 2nd appeal to Amazon since I'm trying to gather up the best info I can to reply back and see if there's any hope
