I've seen random emails about amazon payments, if you've never used it on your account then just ignore it.

my account is active,
for sale in amazon europe
* But there is a warning on the page Account information
that I have a limitation
I need to send my bank statement

I can ignore this warning for how long?
(detail: my store is active more still
I did not start selling)
